Enjoy a private stay in a charming rural house in Valdés, on the unspoilt west coast of Asturias, just minutes from the sea and surrounded by nature.

Nightly rates vary depending on the season and number of guests:

Low season (October to May): from €165 per night
Mid season (June, September and public holidays): from €180 per night
High season (July, August and Easter): from €240 per night

Up to 6 guests · Entire house rental · Exclusive use

Infants (0–2 years): free of charge
Children (3–11 years): +€10 per night

The house is always rented exclusively for you. Bedrooms are prepared according to the number of guests, ensuring both comfort and a cosy atmosphere while you enjoy full privacy.

All prices are per night and include taxes.
Minimum stay: 2 nights (low season) · 6 nights (high season)

Check-in from 3:00 pm
Check-out by 11:00 am

A complimentary baby cot with bedding is available upon request.

DOG-FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION

​

At Casa Xabú, pets are welcome. We know that travelling is better when everyone can come along. Surrounded by nature, the house is perfect for enjoying time with your dog, with space, peace and quiet, and lovely outdoor walks.

​

We provide a dog bed, food bowl and water bowl for their comfort.

​

A supplement of €15 per pet per stay applies (maximum 2). For stays longer than 5 days, an additional €30 per pet will be charged. We simply ask for a little care to help keep the house in perfect condition for all guests.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

​

For reservations over €600, a 40% deposit may be required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is payable upon arrival (cash, card or bank transfer).

All payments are issued with an official invoice in accordance with Spanish regulations. Casa Xabú may request card details as a booking guarantee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival.

8–14 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

7 days or less: 50% of the total stay will be charged.

In case of no-show: 80% of the total stay will be charged, or 100% for two-night bookings.
